Established as a Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 2012, HOPE Clinic currently operates five clinics serving residents of all ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds by providing quality healthcare in more than 30 languages. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes the ground-up construction and full buildout of this three-story, 70,000-square-foot building on a 3.5-acre site in Houston. Level one features a main entrance canopy, entry vestibule, lobby, public circulation, dental clinic, community space, food service, imaging, a pharmacy and building support. Level two consists of behavioral health, pediatric and OB clinics, optometry clinic, clinic lab and shared staff areas. Level three houses administration areas including business development, call center, conference center, finance/billing, human resources, IT, medical records and education. Construction includes new entrances to the property, surface parking, landscaping and a detention pond.
