Developer: Regency Centers | Architect: Boucher Design Group
This 46,532-square-foot Whole Foods on Voss near Woodway replaced the Randalls Flagship store previously demolished by Regency Centers. This also replaced and doubled the size of the Whole Foods on Woodway that serviced the Memorial area and was built in the mid-90s. Designed by Boucher Design Group, fun features include a barrel-vault, high-roof entry with glass and aluminum shutters, stone and IPE wood siding exterior and an outdoor beer garden with an outdoor music area. The building will also include 4,000 square feet of small-shop space attached to the Whole Foods.
