The Arbor School is a 24,000-square-foot, 12 classroom facility composed of a 4,120-square-foot community room (assembly space), a 945-square-foot activity room, a 1,325-square-foot outdoor covered porch area, restrooms, support spaces, fenced playgrounds and grassed play areas. Site improvements include demolition and removal of the existing structure, paving and new construction including driveways, parkways, sidewalks and a sidewalk canopy for the front parking area. The school is designed by Studio RED Architects.
