This 11,600-square-foot building has a 250-seat worship room, lobby, office suite and seven classrooms. It is designed for growth by StudioRED Architects so, when needed, the worship room can expand into the now-designed classrooms and office suite creating a 600-seat worship room and four classrooms. Also included in Arch-Con’s scope of work is site work and infrastructure including parking, a connecting drive east to west, 160,000 cubic feet of detention, new fire line loop with four hydrants, thirty inches of building berm above natural grade and utilities.
