Located on the 10th floor of the Wells Fargo Tower within Transwestern’s Four Oaks Place was a full lease floor demolition and renovation into four speculative suites totaling 18,022 square feet. The project designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects was completed concurrently with the renovation of four restrooms on the same floor.
