This 63,000-square-foot Fiesta at FM529 and Fry Road in Katy, Texas, is the anchor tenant on a 23-acre sight with 32,900 square feet of adjacent, ground-up, small-shop retail. Arch-Con was the general contractor for Phase I of this site, which includes 12.44 acres, the Fiesta and adjacent small shop retail with the remaining acres left for future development and out parcels. Construction began April 2014 and opened early 2015.
