This five-story, 50,000-square-foot, 120-room hotel was damaged by Hurricane Ike and required an entire reconstruction and remodel. Arch-Con managed the demolition and reconstruction of all public areas and added new windows and roofing. The scope of work includes remodeling of meeting rooms, outdoor pool, sun deck, lounge and fitness center.
