The Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites is a 187,246-square-foot dual brand hotel with 296 guest rooms and a detached 168,112-square-foot parking garage. Located within the largest medical center in the world, the building stands 10 stories tall along the bustling intersection of Holcombe Boulevard and Almeda Road on the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center campus. The hotel is designed to better serve the medical community and is built of cast-in-place concrete with a precast concrete stand-alone parking garage. The exterior consists of EIFS, stone, aluminum curtainwall and storefronts and a full amenities package including a full-size pool, guest fitness center, guest laundry facilities, grab & go food areas and large conference space.
