This project completed one month of ahead of schedule includes a 22,000-square-foot retail shell and interior build-out for Michaels and a 10,500 square-foot shell and white box for James Avery and Charming Charlie. After the successful completion of this Michaels, Arch-Con has since built two additional stores for Michaels Stores, Inc.
