This project consists of a 4,100-square-foot tenant space renovation and a 6,200-square-foot renovation of corridors and restrooms located in San Felipe Plaza. Designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, it follows an open ceiling concept throughout the common areas with an exposed, concrete-finished floor. The offices consist of deck-height walls with acoustical ceilings and demountable, glass office fronts with sliding doors. Some of the accent features are stone counters, brick veneer, hot rolled steel wall panels, fabric banquette huddle areas and vinyl graphic walls.
