This ground-up project is an addition to the large St. Martha Catholic Church of Kingwood’s campus. Designed by Studio RED Architects, it includes the construction of a 300-seat chapel, a 500-square foot choir loft and 6,500 square feet of program space. The ceiling is adorned with a mural of airbrushed stars and hand-painted lines along with wood beams. The project also includes a traditional, stone ambulatory that connects the main church to the chapel and three private, prayer areas.
