The Shops at Telge Crossing is a part of a larger development in Cypress, Texas for i3. Designed by Identity Architects, it includes two buildings totaling 26,700 square feet. One is a 14,000-square-foot retail building and the other a 12,000-square foot medical office building. Arch-Con also completed the road work to connect the entire development including the multifamily component.
