This project involved renovating the historic West End Baptist Church’s main sanctuary built in 1906 and totaling more than 18,000 square feet. The renovation also involved 12,000 square feet of an education building built in the 1960s. The work consisted of a full asbestos abatement, complete demolition of all existing MEP and installation of new MEP. Designed by Studio RED Architect’s, the parking lot and upgrades to the main entrance showcase a new grand courtyard with associated hardscapes.
