Founded in 1980, Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. has grown to provide professional engineering and land surveying in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Utah, Washington and more. CobbFendley’s new corporate headquarters is located on the sixth and seventh floors of the Westway II building in Houston’s Westbranch neighborhood. Arch-Con’s scope of work within this two-level space includes the renovation and construction of 146 private offices, 63 workstations, 18 conferencing and collaboration areas, two mother’s rooms and two break areas.
