The Hibernia project is a renovation and repurposing of Hibernia Resources’ existing leasehold located within 5599 San Felipe, a 21-story Class A office tower near Tanglewood and the Houston Galleria. In a concentrated effort to improve functionality, Perrin Projects designed the space to improve client-facing areas with a new reception countertop, modern boardroom, and immersive guest lounge. In the back of house, Arch-Con’s scope is to modernize the IT room, improve the function of the copy/print area and reduce document storage as they migrate to a cloud-base system.
