The award-winning Buffalo Heights mixed-use development includes an H-E-B grocery store, three story boutique office and a five-story multifamily component. The St. Andrie has 232 Class-A units wrapping around two outdoor courtyard areas and a resort-style indoor amenity space that epitomizes interior buildouts. In addition to building the development, Arch-Con’s scope of work for the St. Andrie included building out a glass-enclosed conference room for tenant use, a grand clubhouse, multiple seating areas, kitchen, workout studio, co-working space and yoga rooms.
