EpicCentral Hotel and Convention Center is a 180,000-square-foot dual-brand hotel development consisting of a seven-story Homewood Suites, a six-story Hilton Garden Inn and a 10,000-square-foot convention center that connects to both hotels. The project’s development manager is Concord Hospitality for the City of Grand Prairie. The hotels and convention center are located within EpicCentral, a 172-acre development that includes the Grand Prairie Police Department, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, The Summit recreation center, The Epic multipurpose facility, PlayGrand Adventures and future retail spaces.
