This 78,500-square-foot facility designed by SBLM Architects is located on US 380 and Skyline Drive in McKinney, Texas. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes site work, the ground-up shell building construction and interior build-out for owner and tenant Floor & Décor. This is Arch-Con’s second project for Floor & Décor, a leading retailer of hard surface flooring. Arch-Con has also built Floor & Décor – Humble, Floor & Décor – Denton, Floor & Decor – Tulsa as well as Floor & Décors’ 1.5 million-square-foot main distribution center near Houston’s ship channel.
