This 330-unit multifamily project consists of three four-story wood-framed buildings with tuck-under garages. Each building has an expansive courtyard with covered sitting areas, outdoor kitchens and fire pits. The clubhouse features a workout facility, meeting spaces and party room. Behind the clubhouse is an expansive resort-style pool with multiple sitting areas and covered party area that overlooks a three-acre lake. The lake provides water frontage, views, a fishing dock and kayak docks for each building dweller to enjoy. The lake was masterly designed by Kimley-Horn for detention and flood mitigation.
