This ground-up, 248-bed student housing project is located just six blocks from The University of Texas at Austin where the former Chelsea apartments were located in West Campus. The project consists of three levels of below grade parking and seven stories of above grade student housing. Project highlights include a gym, second study area, coffee bar, interior and exterior aqua lounge, pool and interior courtyard.
