The Saint George is a luxury apartment complex located in the Crestview neighborhood of Austin, Texas. The scope of work involves site demolition of the existing retail structures and ground-up construction of the 340,512-square-foot structure. Incorporating sustainable building practices, the complex consists of a precast garage with 401 parking spaces, 316 resident units, 3,908 square feet of amenities, a 6,746-square-foot pool courtyard, a 1,529-square-foot fitness center and bike room, dog wash station and more. The building is Austin Energy Green Building (AEGB) rated to meet the developer’s sustainability, wellness and conservation goals.
