Lakeside Row within the Howard Hughes’ master planned community of Bridgeland in Cypress, Texas is a Big House® concept designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects. With two eUrban (higher density four-story, 96-units) buildings and 12 Big Houses with 10 units per building, this suburban multifamily concept is a hybrid of traditional suburban apartment living and denser urban style living. The clubhouse overlooks the lake with a fitness center, children’s playroom, pool, fire pit and other amenities. The leasing office is separate from the clubhouse.
