This 21,000-square-foot, Class A office building has many LEED details designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects. The tilt-wall construction was built within tight confines of the site near Downtown Houston. This urban infill project required tilt-wall panels to be stacked in order to fit on the site. The building features travertine marble, high-performance glass system, an HVAC package unit with DDC controls and a NanaWall® movable glass partition that opens up to a rooftop terrace with a pedestal paver system. Arch-Con finished out the interior tenants and this building once housed Arch-Con’s headquarters.
