Owner: Moody National Companies | Architect: HOK
This multi-phase, mixed-use construction development in Houston just off of the Katy Freeway features two 120,000-square-foot, six-story cast-in-place Class A luxury office towers. Retail space inhabits the ground level of both office towers as well as the ground level of The Plaza, an aesthetically pleasing 420,000-square-foot stepped, seven-story open parking garage. Designed by HOK, an entire curtainwall of glass wraps around the towers. The interior features Azul Marble sourced from Italy for the lobby walls. Four-inch thick granite pave the curbless sidewalk areas. The developer of Village Towers, Moody National, is headquartered on the top floor and other tenants include Spur Energy and 2nd.MD. Some of Houston’s iconic restaurants are located on the first floor including Treebeards, Masraff’s and Texadelphia.
