The project is a one-story, 7,181-square-foot, second-generation build-out of a freestanding emergency department in Houston, TX. It consists of five treatment rooms, one triage, pharmacy, lab, X-Ray, CT Room, an office, a conference room and ancillary/support spaces. The build-out will feature all new fire sprinkler, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm and nurse call systems. The project also features a new ambulance canopy and other miscellaneous exterior improvements.
