Gisela Houseman Medical Campus is a 55,000-square-foot building located on a 20-acre site near I-10 and State Highway 62 in Orange, Texas. Arch-Con’s scope of work consists of the ground-up, tilt-wall construction of the two-story structure, use of traditional shallow foundations and the build-out of five medical office suites including the CHRISTUS Health Primary Care Clinic, a home health practice, digestive clinic, spine and sports clinic and a conference room. In addition, the 28,500-square-foot CHRISTUS Health Micro-hospital is the largest build-out on campus, containing 12 exam rooms, four private patient rooms, four staff offices, two nurse stations, an in-house pharmacy and laboratory, multi-purpose conference center and kitchen and dining space.
