Carson Union Crossing is a 232,000-square-foot, Class A warehouse building, constructed off Telge and 290, for Carson Companies. The building consists of precast, tilt-up concrete panels, a two-story office buildout (stair access only), cross-dock configuration, three drive-up ramps, full ESFR sprinkler system throughout (with diesel fire pump and storage tank) and aluminum curtain wall entrances with double-stacked aluminum canopies.
