This three-building industrial warehouse project is for Quantum 56 Phase I, LLC (Q56), a joint venture between real estate powerhouse Hines and Denver-based land development company EnviroFinance Group (EFG). The acquired land was originally a wood treatment facility and subject to brownfield site redevelopment. Arch-Con’s scope of work consists of the ground-up, tilt-up construction of the three buildings, totaling 581,000 square feet, with truck and auto parking, site amenities, additional utilities to tie into existing utility corridors, landscaping and site retention.
