This project includes 16-foot-high demising walls, partition walls, paint throughout, ClimaPlus acoustical tile ceilings, plumbing and HVAC. It is a 7,700-square-foot build-out with nine exam rooms, four doctors’ offices and infrastructure for radiology, infusion therapy and blood draw spaces. The offices are for the treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other rheumatoid conditions.
