This project is a 9,600-square-foot renovation of the 12th floor in the 7400 Fannin Street building located in the Texas Medical Center. The space includes nine doctors’ offices, a patient waiting area, 19 exam rooms, four nurses stations, business offices and other ancillary support spaces.
