This project is located on four acres just south of TX 114, on Esters Road in Irving, Texas. The project consists of six buildings for a total of 95,178 gross square feet. Of the six structures, there are five, single-story, drive-up storage units ranging from 300 square feet to 6,900 square feet and one three-story, 79,678-square-foot, climate controlled facility. The development will consist of 649 storage units ranging from 5’x5’ up to 10’ x 30’, 1800 square feet of office area, utilities, paving and landscaping. The pre-engineering steel structures have a split-faced CMU and EIFS façade with a metal roof.
