Arch-Con built Phase II (Building 5 and Building 6) for Prologis Property Trust at its Prologis Northwest Business Center to meet the warehouse leasing needs in northwest Houston. The two concrete-tilt-wall warehouses feature ESFR fire sprinkler systems with 28’-0” clear height to allow for high-piled storage.
Building 5 – Includes an 111,000-square-foot shell. Arch-Con has approximately 85,000 square feet of office, manufacturing and warehouse interior space.
Building 6 – Has an 88,000-square-foot shell. LEED Certified and is a Houston Business Journal 2013 Landmark Award finalist.
