This 600,359-square-foot tilt-wall cross-deck warehouse has a 36-foot clear and two truck ramps with 12×14-foot overhead doors. The associated site work and improvements included 130,000 yards of select fill for the building, pad, storm, sanitary and water utilities for the facility. Completed on time, Arch-Con also built-out the space for two tenants that are now occupied by MRC Global and Valvoline Inc. They are 127,395 square feet and 472,834 square feet, respectively. Valvoline’s space consists of a chemical storage room (H-3 occupancy), a 7,825-square foot office buildout with driver lounge, employee break room and locker rooms. Other site work included the installation of a Hydro Gate barrier to prevent any product spillage from entering into public waterways.
