Now an Amazon fulfillment center, Southlink Logistics Center is one of the largest industrial developments in Dallas. Developed by Hines and designed by GSR Andrade Architects, Inc., the 1.04 million-square-foot industrial complex is located on Cleveland Road south of Interstate 20. It involves construction of a public roadway, public infrastructure, industrial building, siphonic roof drain system, paving, landscape and utilities. The building stands 50’ in height and features 184 overhead doors, just over 500 parking spaces, a 1,612-square-foot office area and an overall interior clearance of 40’.
