Telfair West Medical Office Building is a 38,800-square-foot MOB located in Sugar Land, Texas designed by Browne McGregor Architects for D’Agostino Companies. The structure consists of tilt-wall panels with a thin brick and Arriscraft stone veneer, curtainwall system, aluminum storefront system and stucco cornices. The main entry, rear drop-off canopy and carports are pre-fabricated aluminum systems. The building was designed to accommodate a surgery center, imaging and diagnostic centers, and future tenant spaces.
