Aspire Dermatology is a 2,882-square-foot, first generation medical office building build-out located in Sugar Land, Texas. It includes seven exam/procedure rooms with associated nursing stations. Two new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) roof top units to provide separate HVAC for the space. Power and plumbing utilities to be coordinated through adjacent occupied spaces. The project is scheduled to be complete in two and a half months and is Arch-Con’s third project for Dr. Tarek Fakhouri.
