This ground-up, 24,000-square-foot medical office building is located off West Medical Center Boulevard near Arch-Con’s Houston Physicians’ Hospital and Clear Lake Specialties Medical Office Building projects. The first floor consists of the Bayou City Dermatology office with 12 exam rooms, four private offices, three private consultation rooms, nurses’s station, break room and reception area for the spa. Arch-Con also completed the core and shell of the second floor for future tenants. This is Arch-Con’s third project with Bayou City Dermatology.
