This three-story medical office building is located in the master-planned community of Creekside Park in The Woodlands, Texas. Arch-Con’s scope of work consists of the ground-up, tilt-wall construction of a 48,253-square-foot core and shell structure and multiple first generation build-outs for Genesis Medical Group. Build-outs include on the first floor a 2,045-square-foot Med Spa, a 1,854-square-foot Imaging and Diagnostics Center (PET & CT) and a 2,527-square-foot Urgent Care Center. The second floor build-out is a 16,044-square-foot clinic for Genesis Medical Group. The third floor is a 12,020-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center.
