This 28,487-square-foot surgery center is located on the north end of the HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress campus. Arch-Con’s scope of work consists of ground-up construction of the building, interior build-out and associated site work. The surgicenter includes six operating rooms, three sterilizing machines, two nurses stations, eight pre-op rooms and 17 post-op rooms.
