This 32,916-square-foot medical office building is located in one of Texas’ fastest growing cities, Midland, Texas. The building designed by Kaim Associates, Inc. utilizes a steel-frame with composite decks and tilt-wall panels with curtain wall and stone skin. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes the ground-up construction, a 15,144-square-foot dental office on the entire second floor and a 3,142-square-foot clinical laboratory on the first floor.
