The Houston Physicians’ Hospital Expansion consists of a 38,400-square-foot, three-story vertical and horizontal expansion to the existing hospital located in Webster, Texas. The first floor expansion includes a kitchen, dining area, private staff break area, pharmacy, sterile processing and staff meeting room. The second floor build-out is an Ambulatory Surgery Center with four operating rooms and procedure room for minor surgeries. The third floor features a Joint Solutions Center with a new observation unit and 12 private patient rooms. The exterior features a glass curtainwall system combined with a lightweight, precast concrete panel system. The front facade features cladding to resemble the quartz stone at the existing entrance way. In addition to the expansion, Arch-Con is also upgrading and renovating the existing hospital’s equipment and systems. Learn more about this project in here.
