This project is a 1,900-square-foot remodel of an existing, occupied ambulatory surgical center with 1,000 square feet of new, bulk storage space. A phased approach was utilized to allow for the active use of the surgical center with infection control measures in place to maintain a clean and minimally, interrupted work area. Additions include post-op suites, a nurse station and a redesign of adjacent spaces to improve functionality of the space.
