Telfair West Surgery Center is a 8,987-square-foot, first generation build-out in Sugar Land, Texas within Telfair West Medical Office Building constructed by Arch-Con in 2019 developed by D’Agostino Companies. This project was performed concurrently with the One Step Diagnostic MRI build-out that makes up the other half of the floor. It consists of a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), observation areas, two operating rooms, administration space, as well as a waiting and reception area.
