Village Medical Shadow Creek project is outpatient clinic tenant buildout providing essential healthcare needs and services to this area of Houston. The scope of work includes a 7,157 square foot buildout consisting of 17 exam rooms, two Medical Assistant stations, three consultation rooms, doctor offices, laboratory and staff lounge. This is Arch-Con’s fifth clinic to build out for Village Medical.
