This 59,346-square-foot medical office building is located between the major hospital systems of Memorial Hermann, Houston Methodist, Texas Children’s and St. Luke’s Health. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes the ground-up, tilt-wall construction of the 3-story building, completing the core and shell and associated site work. The exterior features storefront windows, a curtainwall system, aluminum composite metal (ACM) panels, masonry veneers, updated landscaping and 234 parking spaces.
