Broadway Distribution Center is a ground-up, tilt-up 141,524-square-foot Class A industrial building located in a prime Denver location developed by Prologis and leased to international retailer Target Corporation by Cushman & Wakefield. Prologis fully preleased the facility to Target midway through completion of this project thanks to the demand for high-quality industrial products in the region. This logistics property serves as a modern, strategic location in central Denver and offers convenient freeway and intermodal access, LEED certification, and automation-ready design features. Designed by Powers Brown Architects, the building features 32-foot clear height, 28 9-foot x 10-foot dock-high doors, four 12-foot x 14-foot drive-in doors, ESFR sprinklers and LED lighting.
