Denali Logistics Park is a 420-acre industrial park located in the heart of Denver’s growing airport submarket. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes the tilt-up construction of three cross-dock buildings: Building 1 is 352,614 square feet, Building 2 is 205,813 square feet and Building 3 is 201,193 square feet. The site also includes truck courts, parking, roadways, utilities, landscaping with irrigation and site amenities.
