Meacham Commerce Center is well located north of Downtown Fort Worth, Texas designed by Powers Brown Architects developed by McCormack Commercial. It consists of a 334,750-square-foot cross-dock warehouse building, truck court, parking, drive lanes and site improvements on approximately 28 acres. With a 36-foot clear height, the warehouse is leveraging a wide-flange steel beam design due to cost and long lead times for steel joists and steel girders during the pandemic.
