Building A is a 194,610 square feet front load space with 32-foot clear height, 44 dock doors, two dock ramps with 2,600 square feet of office. Building B is a 414,900 square feet cross dock space with 36-foot clear height, 99 dock doors, four dock ramps and 2,6000 square feet of office.
