Red Bluff Cold Storage is a 96,000-square-foot, tilt wall cold storage freezer facility. Arch-Con contractually began the project with the shell design while the freezer design was being finalized. Fifty percent is occupied by Houston Meat Distributors and the other 50% is leased by another cold storage tenant. A demising, insulated metal panel wall isolates the two spaces.
